The number 1 area for potential leaks is around vents and flashing. Even if your insurance claim does not cover the vents and flashing but they are in questionable condition, we replace them at no charge to you.

This is the right way to do it!

Codes no longer allow multiple layers of shingles. Before replacing your roof covering (shingles/tile) we do a “decking inspection” to ensure the integrity of the underlayment is in good condition.

If the decking is bad then it cannot hold the roofing nails properly and your roof will prematurely fail. This repair must be done before a roof can be installed on top of it.

This is the right way to do it!

Will your contractor have a Quality Control Manager overseeing the work being done?

We have a Project Manager physically inspecting and overseeing the work as it is being done for the best quality of work and to ensure it is done correctly the first time.

This is the right way to do it!

Quality assurance

We provide written materials and labor warranties on all work. We follow-up with an annual FREE inspection to ensure you get the greatest life from your new roof.

We also provide you with a written Lien Release when we receive final payment showing all materials and labor have been paid. A mechanics lien can be filed against a homeowner’s property for any material or labor that is not paid by your contractor.

Any time you have work done to your property, you should require a written lien release from the contractor(s).

This is the right way to do it!

Warranty and lien releases

In order to replace the roof on your home, a permit must be pulled, which requires a local license. Ask to see it. If damage or injury occurs during the project, you may be liable.

Ask to see the contractor’s insurance policy. This is the right way to do it!

Licensed and insured

We provide technical information on how to properly maintain your home and what to look for before it becomes a major problem. DO NOT believe your insurance covers everything, it does NOT.

If you do not maintain your property, your insurance will not repair it.

When you buy your car, does your insurance cover the tires when they wear out? No!

This is the right way to assist a homeowner!
